What Do Our Parents Say?

What could LDI do better?
You said: Forest School is a great addition but it would be great if it were more regular.
We have done: Each class will now have weekly sessions of Forest School for a half term and in addition, there will continue to be an after school ‘Twiglets’ club.
You said: Ensure that the website has up to date information on how well the children perform compared to others.
We’ve done: Find the most up-to-date information here
https://www.longditton.surrey.sch.uk/ofsted-and-performance-data/
You said: More school trips!
We’ve done: For Key Stage 1, we have trips planned for every term. Some will be in and around Long Ditton and some further afield.
You said: Communication, as soon as you have been offered a place, on how to book before and after school club
We’ve done: We plan for this information to be shared with new parents, as soon as possible after they have accepted a place at the school
You said: We would like a wider range of homework for Reception pupils.
We've done: We will review this in the spring term once the children have had ample time to adjust to school routines. For now, please continue reading every day with your child and practising letter formation.
